Meet Chris

Seasoned REALTOR Chris Jeantet leads one of Redding's top-producing real estate teams, with a focus on re-sales, new construction, and highly sought-after retirement communities. Born and raised in Redding, he has extensive knowledge of the region and a proven record of looking after his clients' best interests. He's a tireless advisor who coaches his clients through challenging scenarios, helps them problem solve, and uses his formidable negotiation skills to close deals in their favor.

 

Deadline-driven and goal-oriented, Chris attends to the time-sensitive details that save money and streamline the process. Having bought and sold several of his own homes, Chris recognizes that real estate can be extremely complex. He takes the time to understand each client's unique circumstances and provides expert advice and clear guidance throughout every transaction. When combined with his unbelievable follow through, these qualities add up to a real estate experience that feels effortless.

 

In addition to his industry expertise, Chris has a strong background in construction. Upon graduating with a bachelor's degree in construction management from CalPoly, San Luis Obispo, he worked as a senior project engineer for a leading construction company. There, he managed special projects, juggled multiple deadlines, and honed his keen problem-solving skills. After purchasing his first home in San Diego with his wife and current business partner, Maria, Chris discovered his passion for real estate, and he earned his license in 2005. Since then, he has been honored with multiple awards for excellence in his field.

 

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, watching classic movies with his wife, and fishing, hunting, and playing basketball with his sons.
